About the Service
Appointment Types & Availability
One of the goals of the Anxiety and Wellness Clinic is to provide accessible counselling support. To achieve this, I offer the option of in-person appointments for those living in Adelaide, as well as Telehealth appointments via phone or video for anyone residing in Australia.
I am currently accepting new clients, with appointments available starting in October 2024. If you are interested in accessing this service, please contact me to set up a free 15-minute consultation.
I provide support for adolescents and adults.
My Approach
Whether this is your first time seeking support or you have sought professional support in the past, I will meet you where you are in your journey. I take a person-centred approach that promotes respect, transparency, and partnership. I strive to create a space that is warm, genuine, non-judgmental, relaxed, safe, and calm.
My role is to support you in achieving your goals and to help you build your overall wellbeing and sense of self. To do this, I take a holistic approach, considering not only your presenting concerns but also the biological, psychological, and environmental factors that may be contributing to them.
I view every individual as unique, recognising that each person’s needs and experiences are different. Therefore, I tailor my support to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based practices and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
Together, we will work collaboratively to identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and develop practical strategies to overcome challenges. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to foster positive change and enhance your overall quality of life.
