One of the goals of the Anxiety and Wellness Clinic is to provide accessible counselling and mental health support. To achieve this, I offer the option of in-person appointments for those living in Adelaide, as well as Telehealth appointments via phone or video for anyone residing in Australia.

I am currently welcoming new clients, with appointments available from 2025. If you’d like to explore how I can support you, please reach out to get started.

My Approach

Whether it’s your first time seeking support or you’ve worked with professionals in the past, I will meet you where you are in your journey. I take a person-centred approach that fosters respect, transparency, and partnership. My goal is to create a space that is warm, genuine, non-judgmental, and calm — a place where you can feel safe and supported.

My role is to support you in achieving your goals and building your overall wellbeing and sense of self. I take a holistic approach, considering not just your presenting concerns, but also the biological, psychological, and environmental factors that may be contributing to them.

I believe each person is unique, with different needs and experiences. That’s why I tailor my support to you, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.

Together, we will work to identify your strengths, set realistic goals, and develop strategies to overcome challenges. My aim is to empower you with the tools and insights you need to foster positive change and enhance your quality of life.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, teenagers, and adults. The first five years of my career were spent in a primary school setting, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting young people.

Since then, I have worked in mental health, gaining experience in both private and public mental health services. I have provided support to children, teens, and adults, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

My 15 years of experience, combined with my own lived experience of anxiety, has helped me develop a holistic and unique approach to supporting people on their mental health and wellness journey.
